Provide immigrants with the necessary conditions for their social, civic, and economic preparation with the aim that they can integrate/adapt to the American system and successfully prosper.

Strategies
• Promote spaces for informative and educational workshops to achieve the adaptation and integration of the immigrant to the system, society, the community, and the nation.
• Provide financial knowledge so that the immigrant achieves effective economic development.
• Create emotional support resources that allow immigrants to share experiences with others for their well-being while creating lasting bonds.
• Make the skills of immigrants visible and provide them with spaces where they can develop and explore options to maximize them.
• Promote workshops with the collaboration of private and government organizations to offer accurate and relevant information for immigrants.
• Encourage immigrants to participate in cultural and recreational activities to adapt effectively and efficiently to the community.
• Provide spaces to enhance people's skills or talents through learning workshops on networks, events, bazaars, etc.
• Promote work on social networks.

“CONMIGo“ Network Program (Senior immigrants) + bolivar foundation senior academy
Promotion of the biological, psychological, social, and emotional well-being of immigrant senior citizens (over 60 years old) that allows them to live to develop their maximum potential: without stress, without pain, without discomfort, sleeping well, with a clear mind, being active, with high self-esteem, functional interpersonal relationships, having an adequate body weight, being productive, creative, with energy adapted and integrated to this new country.

Strategies
• Facilitate processes for training and equipping people over 60 years old with tools on issues that promote their comprehensive well-being and development of their maximum potential, such as physical health, mental health, life purpose, productivity, and leadership.
• Promote intersectoral exchange that allows articulating and promoting actions, strategies, and experiences of adults over 60 years old.
• Promote spaces with accompaniment to
families and communities that allow them the comprehensive development of people over 60 years old and their families for an effective and efficient adaptation to the new country.
• Promote networking among adults over 60 years old.

Leaders in Civic Education program
Offer the necessary tools for the training of civic leaders to achieve a positive impact on their community and nation.

• Facilitate spaces through educational workshops for the training of civic leaders.
• Facilitate spaces where leaders participate in exchanging actions, strategies, ideas, and experiences to improve the family, society, community, and nation.
• Promote resources that allow feedback with the community to identify needs and opportunities for contributions.
• Encourage the immigrant/person/individual to participate in community involvement activities.
